Bookings and deposits
A party is reserved once your request is submitted and confirmed by us. A deposit holds your date and time. The remaining balance is due the day of the party and can be paid by cash, Venmo, or credit card, with a 10% discount for cash.
If plans change, contact us as soon as possible — ideally at least 24 hours ahead — so we can talk through rescheduling options and let our staff know.
Text messaging (SMS) program
Our SMS program is transactional only. We send booking confirmations, party reminders, and service updates about a party you booked. Staff members may separately opt in to shift reminder texts.
- Opt-in: texting is optional. You opt in by checking the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on our booking form (staff use the equivalent box in their staff profile). Consent is never a condition of purchase or employment, and the box is never pre-checked.
- Message frequency: message frequency varies, and depends on your booking activity — typically a confirmation plus a small number of reminders per party.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at 801-472-6268 or myminiponyparty@gmail.com.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed in all areas.
Mobile numbers and opt-in/consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Safety and waivers
All participants must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Our animals are handled by our staff at all times, and we may pause an activity if conditions are unsafe.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
