Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address.
- Party details: event date and time, address, package, add-ons and party notes.
- Payment information: deposits are processed by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Basic website and messaging records, such as confirmation emails and texts we send you.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm and deliver the party you booked.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, and day-of coordination messages.
- To take a deposit and collect the remaining balance.
- To answer questions you send us by phone, text or email.
SMS / text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When you provide your mobile number on our booking form, or when a staff member provides a number in their staff profile, you consent to receive booking, appointment reminder and shift-related text messages from My Mini Pony Party & Pets. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also call or text us at 801-472-6268.
We use a messaging provider solely to deliver these messages on our behalf. That provider may not use your number or consent data for its own marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the business — our payment processor, email and text message providers, and our calendar and booking software — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for our business and tax records, and then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time.
Your choices

- Use the unsubscribe link in non-essential emails.
- Email myminiponyparty@gmail.com to review, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
Children
Our booking form is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Parents provide any details about party guests.
