Good to know
- How much space do you need?
- Pony rides and petting zoos need about a 20' x 20' flat, shady area away from trampolines and bounce houses, with a gate at least 36 inches wide. Our Small Animal Package (indoor visits) only needs an 8' x 8' open space, and we bring a tarp for indoor setups.
- Do you travel?
- Yes — we serve all of Utah with no maximum distance. The first 6 miles from our location in Lehi are free, then it's $3.00 per mile one way beyond that.
- What about weather?
- We totally understand that weather can be stressful for parties. Our animals live outside and are used to different weather, so if you are okay moving forward with the party, we are okay coming. If you decide the weather will not work for your party, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours ahead, so we can let our employees know. We can talk through rescheduling options or the deposit, depending on what works best.
- Can we add extra time?
- Absolutely. Extra time is billed in 30-minute blocks on site.
- What add ons can we get?
- One pony for rides ($80), one pony for pampering ($80), 4 to 5 bunnies ($65), a pig ($55), and cake, ice cream & presents with 30 extra minutes ($55, at our location only). You pick add ons during booking and they're added to your balance, not the deposit.
- Do you host large events?
- Yes — we can bring ponies, a petting zoo, or both for large events. We can also bring additional ponies for hand-walking when your event needs them. Events under 2 hours have a $75 setup charge. Call Whitney at (801) 472-6268 for a custom quote.
- Is there a cash discount?
- We offer a 10% cash discount.
