Estimate your line
Plan roughly 15 riders per hour per pony. For a school carnival, that usually means booking a longer window rather than expecting everyone to ride in 60 minutes.
Assign two volunteers
- One to manage the line and hand out waiver reminders.
- One to keep the petting zoo entrance and exit flowing in one direction.
Collect waivers early
Send the waiver link home with the event flyer. Signed in advance, the line never stops for paperwork.

Carnival season fills first. A $25 deposit holds the date, and travel is calculated from your venue address automatically.
